Merger between IMECO Telecom and Telephonie Bonne Ligne and a new name - TBL Inc

Ville St-Laurent, QC – Marc 9th, 2011 - Groupe IMECO 's President and CEO made several announcements today with the acquisition of all outstanding shares of Telephonie Bonne Ligne Inc ( Charlesbourg, QC) in July 2010 by it's division IMECO Telecom. Both companies are now ready to officially merge on April 4th, 2011 and will operate under the name TBL Inc.

The merger will allow the offering of IP Telephony, Broadband Wireless and WiFi 802,11x solutions in Quebec City, Montreal and Toronto under one name TBL Inc. M. Gallant explains that ''TBL had the profile we where looking for, with its service organization and structured cabling division completing IMECO Telecom's offering''. TBL has been in the telephony market for more than 15 years with a base of more than 3,000 Nortel and other satisfied customers. As for IMECO Telecom, it has built a solid reputation in distribution and integration of Telecom products with major carriers and customers across Canada. This announcements also marks the move to new facility as of March 11th, 2011 for the TBL Montreal branch, this new office will be located at 5650 Kieran Street, St-Laurent, QC, H4S 2B5
