TalkSwitch Small Office PBX Solution |
TalkSwitch makes desktop phone systems for small and growing business office. This networkable phone system is designed exclusively for smaller business offices but each TalkSwitch device comes loaded with all the "big-business" phone features necessary for a small business office to project a professional image. Some of these key features include auto attendants, voicemail, seamless remote extensions, call ring groups, call routing, music-on-hold and more.
From 2 to 64 users per location, there's a TalkSwitch to fit every small office. TalkSwitch units come in different sizes with hybrid connections, so you can choose your own mix of networks (traditional and/or VoIP) and phones (analog and/or IP). Units can be upgraded and up to four of any size can be networked to work together for a maximum capacity of 32 phone lines, 64 extensions and 32 VoIP trunks. Small offices can start with what is needed today, and add capacity as they grow. It's even attractive for home based offices.
Usually a "low-cost" telephone system comes with limited features, but not so with TalkSwitch systems. In addition to voicemail and auto attendants, the system includes advanced call handling capabilities that can integrate office workers with teleworkers and a mobile sales staff all in geographically dispersed work zones.
Some Key Features:
- Voicemail comes as a standard feature in TalkSwitch products.
- Remote access users can forward the call to voicemail, set up a do-not-disturb function, or seamlessly transfer the call to a cellular phone or even a home office. Calls can be routed and redirected just about anywhere. User experience: The remote features provide ongoing cost savings. We have an office in Ankara, Turkey for our European customers & when I travel, I call our phone system, it calls back and I make all my calls from our system with Canadian toll charges, rather than paying large sums of money to a local phone carrier."
- Settings can be easily managed from a user's voicemail box, and all a caller hears is music, a recorded message, or both while on-hold.
- TalkSwitch works with standard analog, cordless, cellular, and TalkSwitch TS Series phone sets. User Experience: We use cordless Panasonic phones purchased from Staples for just $40 each.
- Twenty-five percent of customers buy a TalkSwitch system because of the ability to create virtual extensions - a call comes in, then the system automatically locates where to send the call.
- The technology is software-based with free upgrades are available online.
- Installation: Little or no IT experience is required to install a TalkSwitch system. Most systems can be configured in under 1 hour & many customer configure them themselves, saving money for installation costs. User Experience: When we received our demo system our techs plugged in an outside line an analog telephone and had voicemail & dialtone within 5 minutes - without training, or even picking up the manual!
